I have a PhD in Behavioral Decision Making from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. My dissertation committee included Craig Fox (co-chair), Noah Goldstein (co-chair), Eugene Caruso, Jana Gallus, and Suzanne Shu.
Previously I was a teacher and leader at Collegiate Academies in New Orleans and a Teach For America corps member. Based on this experience, I continue to do leadership coaching for individuals and teams at all career stages.
I hold a BA in philosophy from Brown University.
